Agreement
One master services agreement with Arumaldo covers work from Arumaldo and CIRA+PLUS. Each project has a one-page Statement of Work with acceptance criteria.
Payment
50% to start and 50% at handover.
Acceptance
You have 5 business days after delivery to report anything that doesn’t meet the acceptance criteria. After that, the delivery counts as accepted and the final payment is due. Reported mismatches are fixed, and the 5 days restart for those items only.
Handover and ownership
Hosting and database accounts are in your name from the start. The code repository and full admin access transfer when the final payment clears. You own what we write for your project, and you receive a permanent license to our standard foundation, with the right to change it and have any developer maintain it.
Warranty
For 30 days from handover we fix defects against the Statement of Work, and you may keep your old tool active as a fallback. Changes and new requests are not covered.
Third-party costs
Hosting, AI usage and software licenses are paid by you directly to the providers, using your own provider accounts and AI keys.
Maintenance
Maintenance is optional. Without it, we have no recurring responsibility after the warranty. It excludes hosting costs, AI usage costs and new functionality.
Extended discovery
Discovery beyond the included call happens only when agreed in advance.
