Reports you ask for, instead of reports you pay for.
Many businesses rent reporting from a tool like Power BI or Tableau, and pay a license per user, often including people who only read a report. CIRA+PLUS builds the dashboards your team opens, plus an assistant connected to your own data that answers the questions behind them, in accounts registered to your business.

Someone still exports data from three systems each month to build the report, and a new question waits until that person has time.
| Tool | How it charges | What grows the bill |
|---|---|---|
| Power BI | Per user, per month. Viewers generally need a paid license too. | Each person who reads a report |
| Tableau | Per user, per month, priced by role: Creator, Explorer or Viewer. | Each person added, at their role’s price |

What we build instead
The usual scope of a replacement, fixed in your Statement of Work:
- Dashboards for the numbers your team checks each week
- Data pulled from the systems you keep, on a schedule
- Roles, so each person sees the figures that apply to them
- Scheduled reports sent by email
- Exports for your accountant
- An assistant connected to your data, for questions like which customers bought less this quarter
What stays
Your accounting system stays the record of your numbers. The dashboards read from it through its API and never change what is in it.
What it costs
Replacing one tool starts at $1,500, fixed before work starts. Hosting and AI usage are billed to you directly.
How the switch works
Your old reporting tool stays active for 30 days after handover while your team works in the new one. Anything that doesn’t match the signed scope is fixed at no charge. You cancel the old subscription when you’re sure.
Questions about replacing a reporting tool
Where does the assistant get its answers?
From your own data, through a connection built into your software. You use your own AI provider account and keys, so usage is billed to you at the provider’s rates.
Can it read from our accounting system?
Yes, when the system offers an API, and the connection reads without changing your records.
Do we still need a reporting tool afterwards?
It depends on what you use it for. The proposal gives a keep, cut, combine or replace recommendation for each tool, and sometimes the answer is to keep it.
Which tool would you cancel first?
If it’s your reporting tool, say so when you book. The call starts there.
