A customer portal that runs on your own accounts.

Many businesses rent a customer portal as a packaged product like SuiteDash, or as an add-on to their CRM or help desk. CIRA+PLUS builds a portal around what your customers need to see and do, connected to the systems you keep, on hosting accounts registered to your business.

What you’re paying for today

A packaged portal shows customers what the product allows, so your team still answers the same status questions by email and phone.

What we build instead

The usual scope of a replacement, fixed in your Statement of Work:

  • Customer sign-in with secure access to their own records
  • Status, documents and invoices in one place
  • Requests that reach the right person on your team
  • Roles for customers, staff and managers
  • Your brand on your own subdomain
  • An assistant connected to your data, for questions like where an order stands

What stays

Your accounting system and your CRM stay where they are. The portal reads from them through their APIs, so customers see the same data your team uses.

What it costs

Replacing one tool starts at $1,500, fixed before work starts. Hosting and AI usage are billed to you directly.

How the switch works

Your old portal stays active for 30 days after handover while your team works in the new one. Anything that doesn’t match the signed scope is fixed at no charge. You cancel the old subscription when you’re sure.

Questions about replacing a customer portal

Who holds the customer data?

You do. The database runs in an account registered to your business from the start.

Can customers sign in with what they use today?

It depends on the current portal. Moving existing logins is scoped in the proposal, so you know how the change reaches your customers before you sign.

Can it show invoices from our accounting system?

Yes, when the system offers an API. The portal shows them and your accounting system remains the record.

Which tool would you cancel first?

If it’s your portal, say so when you book. The call starts there.
