- Migration of mailboxes, contacts and calendars, with a cutover plan
- Adding and removing users, and license or plan changes
- Finding why mail lands in spam or bounces, and fixing the cause
- Meta Business verification and WhatsApp Business Platform setup
What isn’t included?
License fees are billed by the provider. We can’t recover mail an old provider has already deleted, and we don’t offer general IT support for devices or networks. Approval decisions belong to Meta, so we prepare and submit correctly and can’t guarantee approval or timing.

Can you set up our business email?
Yes. Setup, migration, administration and deliverability on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Zoho Mail, plus Meta and WhatsApp Business verification. Each job is quoted on its own.
Why is our email landing in spam?
The usual causes are missing or wrong authentication records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), sending setup or sender reputation. We find which one applies and fix what’s within the provider’s control.
Do you guarantee Meta approval?
No. Approval decisions belong to Meta. We prepare and submit correctly, and we tell you what Meta asks for.
Is it software you’d cancel?
If the problem is bigger than email, book 30 minutes and we’ll look at the tools you pay for.
