Custom software for established businesses

Custom software without the bloat.

Start with the tool you’d most like to cancel. We build its replacement around how your team works, then run it next to the old one for 30 days, so you switch only when you’re sure.

Book a discovery call

A 30-minute call. When you book, we send a short form about the tools you pay for, so the meeting starts with your numbers.

One tool at a time.

The first project replaces one subscription. The next one starts only if you want it to.

30 days side by side.

The old tool stays active as your fallback while the new one runs. You cancel when you’re sure.

Your code, your accounts.

Every app runs in accounts registered to your business, on a standard stack any developer can maintain.

We keep the systems you answer to. We replace the layers around them.

Their vendors carry the audits, the uptime and the legal updates. That is worth paying for, and we never replace it. Pick the tool you’d cancel first.

Sometimes the right answer is to cancel a tool and build nothing. The proposal says so when it is.

Most businesses pay for their software twice.

Two bills

The subscription
Seats for people who use one screen, plans bought for a single feature, and tools that overlap with each other.
Your team’s time
Copying data between systems, keeping side spreadsheets and bending your process to fit software designed for a different kind of company.

The second bill never appears on a card statement, so nobody cancels it.

Software that fits your process, instead of the other way around.

Off-the-shelf tools are built for the average customer, so you adapt to them: extra fields nobody fills in, steps your team skips, exports that end up in a spreadsheet. We start from how your team already works and build only what that process needs. Fewer screens, fewer logins and one place for the data.

Your software costs stop being someone else’s decision.

Illustration, not to scale

With a subscription, the vendor sets the price at every renewal, decides which features stay, and charges again for each person you hire. Software in your own accounts has no seat fee when the team grows and no forced upgrade. Hosting and AI usage are paid directly to the providers at their rates, and the proposal shows those costs before you decide.

Custom software is no longer priced for enterprises.

A custom application used to need a development team and months of work, so it only made sense for companies with an IT budget. Every CIRA+PLUS build starts from our own tested foundation, with sign-in, user roles, audit log and deployment already built. The rest is written with AI-assisted engineering, and every release is reviewed and tested by the people who designed it before it reaches your team. That is why replacing one tool starts at $3,500, at a fixed price agreed before work begins.

From the tool you’d cancel to the one you use.

  1. Book a call.

Booking sends a short form: the tools you pay for, what each one costs, what your team uses it for, and which one you’d cancel first.

  2. Discovery call, 30 minutes.

We review your answers with you, so the time goes to decisions.

  3. Proposal.

Your tool inventory, a keep, cut, combine or replace recommendation for each tool, the first one to replace, its fixed price and what your software will cost after it.

  4. Build.

50% to start. Scope and acceptance criteria fit on one signed page.

  5. Delivery and handover.

You check the software against the acceptance criteria, pay the final 50% and receive the code, the documentation and full admin access.

  6. 30 days side by side.

Your old tool stays active as a fallback while your team works in the new one. Anything that doesn’t match the signed scope is fixed at no charge. Maintenance after that is optional.

Discovery is included. You don’t pay to find out whether a build makes sense. If you want more than the 30-minute call, such as optimization work or consulting on your processes, that deeper discovery is quoted separately and credited toward the build when you sign it within 30 days.

You don’t switch blind.

One price per project, agreed before work starts.

Projects start at $3,500. The price is fixed in the Statement of Work: 50% to start and 50% at handover. Hosting and AI usage are billed to you directly by those providers at their rates, and the proposal includes them in the total before you decide.

Business email and account verification.

We set up and migrate business email on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Zoho Mail, administer accounts and licenses, find out why your messages land in spam and fix it, and take your business through Meta and WhatsApp Business verification. Each job is quoted on its own.

CIRA+PLUS is Arumaldo’s software brand.

Arumaldo builds and runs business websites. CIRA+PLUS is its brand for custom software and business email. Contracts and invoices come from Arumaldo, and one master agreement covers work from both. If you are already an Arumaldo customer, we add CIRA+PLUS work to what you have open.

The people on your discovery call build your software.

Discovery, architecture and the build are led by the firm’s partners. Nothing is handed to a pool of developers you never meet, and both partners hold full access to every project, so your software never depends on one person being available.

Questions before you book

Do we have to replace everything?

No. Most engagements start with one tool: the one your team complains about most or the one that costs the most for what it does. The next project starts only if the first one earns it.

What if the new software doesn’t work for us?

You don’t switch blind. For 30 days after handover, your old tool stays active as a fallback while your team works in the new one, and anything that doesn’t match the signed scope is fixed at no charge. You cancel the old subscription when you’re sure. The final 50% is due at handover, before those 30 days start.

What will you never replace?

Accounting, payroll, tax and electronic invoicing, ERP, and anything with compliance obligations. We connect to those systems; we don’t rebuild them.

Is discovery really free?

Yes. The form, the 30-minute call and the proposal cost nothing. If you want more than that call, such as optimization work, consulting on your processes or mapping several departments, that deeper discovery is quoted separately, you agree to it before it starts, and its price is credited toward the build if you sign within 30 days.

How do you price a project?

By the result. The price and the acceptance criteria are fixed in a one-page Statement of Work before work starts. You pay 50% to begin and 50% at handover. Projects start at $3,500.

Who owns the software?

You own the code we deliver for your project, with its documentation. Hosting and database accounts are registered to your business from the start, and the code repository and full admin access transfer to you at handover. Where your software includes our standard foundation (sign-in, user roles, audit log), you receive a permanent license to it, with the right to change it and have any developer maintain it.
