Custom business software from CIRA+PLUS starts at $1,500 and replaces a tool you pay for every month. You get one fixed price before work starts, and you pay half to begin and half at handover. Hosting and AI usage go straight to those providers at their rates, and your proposal shows the full cost before you decide.

Your proposal gives the fixed price for your project. Projects start at $1,500. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Panama customers pay 7% ITBMS on top.
What do I pay other providers?
Hosting and AI usage go directly to the providers at their rates, in accounts registered to your business. Nothing is marked up, because the bills never pass through us. The proposal includes these costs in a 24-month total, with and without Maintenance.
What happens after handover?
Maintenance is optional, from $200/month. It covers updates when APIs or AI models change, fixes, infrastructure upkeep and monitoring. Hosting, AI usage and new features are outside it. A new feature is a new project with its own Statement of Work.
Do I pay for discovery?
No. The form, the 30-minute call and the proposal are included. If you want more than that call, such as optimization work or consulting on your processes, that deeper discovery is quoted separately and credited toward the build if you sign within 30 days.
What about small jobs?
Email, verification, license and small configuration jobs are quoted as a fixed price per job.

When is the final payment due?
At handover. You have 5 business days to check the delivery against the acceptance criteria, and anything that doesn’t match is fixed before that period restarts for those items.
Which tool would you cancel first?
Book 30 minutes. You leave the call knowing which tools are worth keeping and what replacing the first one would take.
